Astra Surgical is committed to delivering exceptional quality and service to our Valued Customers, and patient safety is our top priority. At Astra Surgical, compliance with domestic and international medical device regulations is always strictly maintained.

Feedback is a critical part of our Quality Management Systems and it helps us monitor our product and process performance to ensure we continue to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Product complaints are addressed promptly by our Customer Support Dept.

Complaints may be reported by contacting your Local Distributor, Customer Support Dept directly. Our team will provide a Return Material Authorizations (RMA) to facilitate the product return and to allow for a timely and thorough investigation of the complaint. Astra Surgical Representative will contact you throughout the investigation process to keep you informed of progress as well as the final resolution.
